Vivo is soon expected to introduce a new smartphone in the Vivo V50 series. The Vivo V50e was recently spotted on the BIS certification with the V2428 model number suggesting its imminent India launch. Folks at 91Mobiles have revealed the design of the upcoming Vivo V50e which is said to launch in mid-April the country.
Vivo V50e Expected Specifications
The industry sources to 91Mobiles revealed that the forthcoming Vivo V50e will share a design similar to the vanilla Vivo S20, which was introduced in November 2024. The report also suggests that it will be available in a marble-like finish.
It also adds that the smartphone will sport vertically stacked dual cameras and AURA light on the rear. However, the report doesn’t reveal any other details of the smartphone. Another leak suggests that the device will sport a 6.77-inch quad-curved AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate.
Under the hood, the V50e will house the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC. It will boot FunTouch OS 15 based on Android 15 out of the box. In terms of optics, the phone will flaunt a 50MP Sony IMX 882 main camera with OIS and a secondary 8MP ultrawide camera.
The V50e will be backed by a 5,600mAh battery with 90W FlashCharge wired charging support. Vivo is said to introduce the device in Sapphire Blue and Pearl White colours. The other features will include an IP69 rating, an in-display fingerprint scanner and more.
